      Pros

      Before the acquisition, the headquarter of Mitratech was in Los Angeles. We had a strong engineering team with good work ethics and there were a lot of trusts among team members. Managers were supportive and very understanding. Good product.

      Cons

      After the acquisition, the headquarter moved to Austin. The new management team had a hard time building up trust especially when they are located remotely in Austin. A lot of people left the company and the morale has gone down a lot.
