Pros
The salary is decent. They have flexible PTO. They do company off-site where you can meet to collaborate.
Cons
The upper level executives constantly overreach and overpower their own managers. This creates havocs amongst the teams, the managers have no say or control and the teams never know who to listen to or what their priorities should be. Even though there is an org structure the executives will not follow the chain of command. Everyone feels pressured and constantly pulled in different directions. The stress level is very high! There is constant pressure coming from the executives, and sales. Not to mention sales can get away with talking to people horribly and Deal desk and legal work extremely slow.
