      Pros

      Monthly no meetings days, quarterly mental health day off, and people are great. Company emphasizes work life balance.

      Cons

      Teams that usually work together work in silos, lacking overlap between support/services/sales. The technical teams need customer service training. Sales salaries are below average and no pay raises offered this year.

      Pros

      There are some good people here, but they're few and far between.

      Cons

      It's disorganized. They want to hire mainly junior software engineers (2-5 years' experience) in India to run projects. Their ideas of how software is made are vintage 1995. The talented people have to struggle to affect the culture.

      The people are nice to work with.

      Cons

      The markets Mitratech operates in are mature and not growing. What's more, the products are just plain boring. I mean a Policy Management solution...zzzzzz, put me to sleep right now. A legal ops software, another snoozer. If you're looking for sexy products in a growing market, keep looking.
