      I built skills in overcoming structural hurdles, including limited raises, few advancement pathways, and a competitive landscape for product viability, resulting in very little sales. Also, being remote so I can look for a new job while employed here.

      Poor pay with no meaningful raises. Little to no career growth. Difficult-to-sell products with low customer demand. Unprofessional culture and leadership behavior. Minimal employee support and development. Lack of innovation or adaptation to market needs.
