Fast growth complexity and acquisition integrations creates busy schedules, but growth is fun and not really a con.

For a company that has by now likely acquired 20 companies in 5 or fewer years, Mitratech hasn't yet developed a playbook on how to handle the impacted employees with respect and empathy. Their HR team is overburdened and under-resourced to manage the influx of employee transitions (retained and laid off). If your company gets acquired by Mitratech, be vigilant about all the details and advocate for yourself to ensure you get the benefits you are due (including the ones that are grandfathered in as part of the acquisition).
