      Management looks at the position as a means to move forward by pushing everyone back. Instead of training and communication, scare tactics are used. No true room for growth due to internal blockers. Benefits package not fully available if management doesnt approve. Disregards work life balance. Will not invest in your professional or personal growth True disconnect from management to employees below.
