Great place to work if you value flexibility and autonomy
Pros
Mitratech is a huge company, so I can only speak to the Marketing team, but I have loved the flexibility that this position has offered me. Being able to set my own schedule and manage my own priorities while in a remote environment is an unbeatable work benefit in my opinion. Leadership expects everyone to manage themselves and their own workload for the most part. If you are someone who prefers to be carefully managed on a daily basis, you will likely struggle here.
Cons
Balancing change management at Mitratech can be challenging. Since being here, there have been multiple instances of "restructuring" though they haven't materially affected my personal day-to-day all that much. There is also certainly crunch times, especially around the end of fiscal quarters. Much of your work-life balance depends on your own ability to prioritize and set boundaries, and it isn't always easy to navigate that. This is especially true while working on high-visibility projects, but I've found the vast majority of employees here to be reasonable and easy to work with.
