- Good at managing talent and giving opportunities to the most talented - Good at providing hardware and resources for Software Development

Cons

- No technical advancement of products, they acquire products you need to maintain with little training or documentation - Expect to be bug-fixing 99% of the time - You can be fired for not being located in India
