      Work/life balance (a LOT of barely compensated weekend work), below average pay. A lot of entry level employees, some of which should be weeded out.

      No pos here with this company.

      Cons

      all of management is terrible. They do not understand specific software and the people they actually keep on are typically not great employees. A very toxic and aggressive work environment. They are a cheap company who hire out of country to save money
