Fast-growing market and expanding software development opportunities. Less focused on bureaucratic processes, more focused on flexibility to enable productivity and reach goals. Culture and benefits focused on the employees. Career growth opportunities and talent development programs.

Cons

Currently there are gaps between responsibilities that larger companies may have resources assigned to full-time. Clients present above average difficulties and have complexities that make day to day task management very challenging.
