The company culture is great. They really believe in work-life balance and have a lot of HR initiatives for employees like holding steadfast on not working during vacation days, providing fun mid-day perks like yoga, and creating an environment that helps people develop themselves in their role while maintaining an open-door policy with management.

Cons

From my experience, not many. It was a great group of people.
