Not a good company to grow as a designer

The company has a good work-life balance and offers a permanent WFH. Working hours are flexible as well, with not much pressure.

Cons

Not much growth as a designer since most products are legacy (built in the 90s), so there is not much to add to a design portfolio.

It really depends on the project you are assigned, but benefits are good, we have a lot of planed time out and able to use it, compensation is good culture is good unless you reach an unhealthy project, too many legacy

Cons

Too many legacy applications, don't expect to learn new technologies, we need to maintain enterprise legacy code. Like any other company never take your work as warranted
