      - New management is open and honest with employees and is keeping its promises - Product is great and clients love it - Huge potential for growth with the new parent company - Positive working atmosphere - Lots of training, big investment in their employees

      - Everyone is stretched a little thin, needs more GOOD employees! - Can get a little cliquey with pre-buyout people vs new people

      Company is a leader in the industry. There is good work life balance and there are a lot of smart, committed people working there. A friendly work environment. Product line fulfills diverse client needs and seems to be successful within the space.

      Cons

      There are not enough opportunities for growth. The pace is alright, but there is a lot of potential for growth that is not being exploited.
