Pros

Fellow employees are great. Helpful and not afraid to give a person a hand.Pay isn't bad.

Cons

12 hour shifts. Hot. Dirty. Equipment always breaking. Maint. department think they are Gods. H.R doesn't work with employees like they should.

Pros

One-on-one with clients, ability to travel for clients, you can take ownership of your work and responsibilities without being micromanaged and you get to work in an innovative office space.

Cons

No real structure to where you can move up in the company.
