A lot of various projects for top companies across the globe. Learning a lot of new technologies. Chance to work remotely or be delegated to Client's head offices. I spent 2 years abroad in total. I worked in London, Manchester, Dusseldorf and Bellevue. Some people got to work for Google or Facebook.

Cons

You are not always given the choice of project or technology. You get sweet talked to take on a project that no one else wants. You are stuck with it for 1-2 years and it is near impossible to get out off, unless you quit. Sometimes you need to fill senior shoes with mid-level experience. It can be good because you feel forced to gain a lot of knowledge in a short time. When I started at the company it was great friendly and technology driven place, but over the years it evolved into a money making business.
