Pros

Great atmosphere, no "rat race", supportive and committed people , respect amongst co-workers, good work-life balance, company's flexible approach to employees needs, ability to work on various projects from different domains. Company stays stable despite Coronavirus.

Cons

Many processes not formalised, but kept in people heads. Needs stronger identity.
