Pros

- Good work-life balance. If you're on good project you can work from home or have flex hours if needed. - Some company events like bonfires, outdoor activities, x-mas party etc... - opportunity to travel, however it can be 'a must' for some projects

Cons

- low-cost approach. Company does not invest in its people: no trainings, certifications, bonuses or other extra-benefits. - you're a 'resource', you can be assigned to a project you don't want to, or you don't have proper skills. - some projects are very boring/non-challenging (maintenance), in others you may stuck for couple of years so you wont learn much - very limited opportunities to be promoted as all decision-taking roles are already taken.

Pros

- Flexible work schedule - Opportunity to work internationally - Potential of growth as it is just starting in Mexico - Superb office location - Your travel preferences are taken into consideration

Cons

- Constant harassment by HR Mexico if you do not subdue to their every whim. There is even an generalized fear of getting on their bad side - Compensation and roles are not set appropriately to one's field-related skills, credentials, and experience. - Very biased interpersonal environment. - Inexperienced IT recruitment.
