Pros

Mobica offers a competitive salary (depending on your negotiation skills). It is also possible to negotiate a budget for certification or external training. Even if you spend a lot of time on the bench you have a big chance that you will not be dismissed. All Employees have 6 extra free paid days (per year) in case they fill ill (Self-Certification leave). Cognizant offers the Udemy Business Platform for all Employees.

Cons

Mobica was acquired by Cognizant and it is currently focused on clients from the embedded device sector. The company works generally in a body leasing mode, therefore End-Client has the final word and you will have to pass an interview on the Client side (even when you are already Mobica's Employee). Since Q4 2022 Mobica is affected by a growing bench. There is a very limited amount of interesting projects and it is not easy to switch between them. Nowadays Mobica offers opportunities to grow only for C/C++ developers
