Pros

It is stable, salary always on time, casual and relaxed atmosphere. Benefits are really good, but salary is medicore at best.

Cons

You have to be extremely lucky or already have a ton of know-how to get a decent project. Otherwise you may end up with boring and unambitious certification or 99% maintenance projects.

Senior management are weak at best. The company itself is great, being prepped for sale though.

Pros

Yes you can earn good money, that's if you can put up with the two sales managers not seeing eye to eye. The projects are really good and there are a few really friendly people in the team that are happy to help.

Cons

The management are what brings it down. The best sales manager left a short while ago and it has left a bit of a void. He made an effort with everyone. The two who are running it now don't see eye to eye or understand what they are doing. One is new and trying hard and one just talks about his house. That said, if you can forget about those people, you will be good. Initial training was also great before. Not sure it will be now?
