some of the most brilliant minds the industry. Very practical work mode. flexible working hours

Cons

A little on the cheap side. Habitat is not comfortable. Stupid stuff like unclean bathrooms and very old and uncomfortable chairs. One fun day a year - which starts afternoon and ends late in the evening! No much bonuses.

Pros

Working at Mobileye presents interesting problems to solve. Even when the work gets stressful (not too often) it helps that the product actually saves lives and is widespread already. Good workplace environment and excellent people. Great middle management. It seems the company is handling the economic part very well.

Cons

Salaries are a little low. The upper management, as it seems through the middle management, appear to not care about employees working experience. A few examples: The dining room is not close to holding a fraction of the company but no real solution was implemented yet. Amount of parking spaces was reduced drastically (though some bicycle parking was added). Everything related to having a leased car through the company works pretty badly. Attendance issues - sick days, vacation, missing entries in the system are many times handled too strictly.

Pros

Work is very interesting, both the algorithms and the fact that this is a real life saving product. People are truly amazing, including middle management, both professionally and personally. Very little interaction with senior management, which from what I've heard is nasty.

Cons

Compensation is 20% lower for similar positions elsewhere. HR can be downright nasty and inconsiderate - in theory the're trying to save some money, but it's really just a conservative attitude designed to cover their own mistakes, that ends up screwing over workers.
