Good pay and benefits. Very good facilities (lunch rooms, restaurants, gym, etc). Take work life balance very seriously - very lenient when it comes to starting late or leaving early to deal with personal matters (kids, appointments, etc).

Cons

deadlines for delivery can be quite stressful and require working overtime (though this is rare and predictable in advance)
