Very supportive of career growth if you show you are a team player, good benefits and time of options, fair pay and constantly looking to better the structures for people where they can.
Cons
Fashion can be exhausting at times, but the pros definitely out-way to cons. Being so forward thinking in the fashion game while trying to keep up with technology can come with hardship at times.
