Moda Operandi is a fully-stocked company with imaginative, passionate, accountable and talented people. It feels like every department is lead by someone with good head on their shoulders. I can count on my colleges when the going gets tough for max team-effort. CEO is energetic, genuine and keeps it real which is rare in this industry. Likewise the company is the LEADER in the e-Commerce High Fashion Industry so the work does not get stale. If your an intern it's a good place to learn. If your a industry pro it may be a good place to stay for the long haul. The day-to-day is pretty straightforward and well-organized so there in only a few "surprises" that get you stressed out. Also HR dept is the best I have encountered, they really deliver if you have any concerns or stress points in your job. They also go out of their way to make the work-place fun with parties etc.
Cons
During Fashion Week, Resort, Pre-Sell, etc you have to hustle through and the company is maxed out on long-hours and lots of organization that can make your head spin.
