Friendly and supportive colleagues, great salary and benefits.

Cons

They will smile as they turn the knife. You can work hard and produce solid data, but it doesn't matter . . . relationships/politics are what matters. Leadership will sing your praises and emphasize how important you and your team are to the organization, and then lay you off the next week. Work/life balance = myth. "Pivot" = leadership can't figure out how to prioritize. Leadership will look you in the eye and smile while they lie to you. They are NOT dedicated to their staff, and your dedication to them is irrelevant. You are a tool, and when they are done, you will be discarded. If you're still there, start polishing your CV/resume.
