Pros

There are a lot of pros working at Moderna. I learn something new everyday, which I can't say about any other job I've ever had. The technology is fascinating and the work environment is very fast paced which is exciting. The hours can be long and the average work day can be hectic, however that is made very clear in the interview process and is understood as a result of working in the biotech industry. Most of the people that work here are super helpful and friendly.

Cons

My biggest gripe about Moderna, and it's not much of one, is that because things move so fast it's hard to keep up with goals and priorities.
