Nice Company to grow with

Pros

Will get good mentors from US or Europe. Can learn about the latest technology in Cooling systems. May get trip to US or Europe for training. Average work culture.

Cons

Need to travel more than two hours from Chennai on a daily basis. Not good in maintaining equality among employees. Has to fight for whatever benefits you deserve.

Not afraid to lose employees

Pros

Good place to work, good pay, good atmosphere. From a local standpoint, a great job, but from a corporate view, there's a lack of concern for the employee.

Cons

Only concerned about the bottom dollar. They shut the factory down and relocated. This has happened numerous times over a short period of time. Too many jobs going overseas. Now they're faced with lower quality and setbacks due to relocating. Not a good move.

1. Unethical HR practices- I relocated for this company from another city and was let go in a couple of months, without any real reasons. 2.Chaotic environment- no clear expectations. 3.No concern for employees- do not relocate for this company, they will lay off for no reason. 4.Bad management - no response if you ask something important. 5.Hiring and firing employees all the time.
