Great People, Great Projects, Great Culture

Pros

Good diversity of projects and Clients. Rewarding types of work/problems to solve. Has a culture that encourages feedback by all employees. Has a culture that promotes mentoring of staff. Employee owned (ESOP). Will to try new things.

Cons

Area of improvement would be communication. I could probably say this about every organization. To M&M's credit, we have improved in that area over the duration of my career, and Upper Management is more willing to listen to Management and Staff now more than ever, and Upper Management/BOD have gotten better at clear and forward thinking messaging, but like every organization, we could still use improvement.

Pros

The projects were interesting and had the opportunity to learn a lot but that was short lived.

Cons

Management was harsh. Seemed friendly at first, but then soon found out that they were not really there to help. They expected employees to work a lot of overtime on short notice as well.

As you know, we have many different managers who have very different management styles. We continuously encourage our managers to seek growth opportunities and improve their leadership skills. This is a great opportunity to continue to emphasize that.
