Pros
Good location, people, clients. Good experience with working with clients. Good place to gain some knowledge, then move on to another place.
Cons
Management changes a lot, all putting their own spin on things creating lots of headaches. Lots of documentation when getting ready to do a generic job. Spend more time doing paper work then the job takes.
