Pros

Loads of travelling, national and international. Enthusiastic people to work with. No micro management.

Cons

Travelling can get tiresome, sudden change of plans to travel, need to be very diverse in product knowledge, need to be flexible with time.

Pros

The people here are fantastic! Extremely friendly, inviting and there's a definite sense of camaraderie. Policies and practices are very focused on providing a balance in work and life. There's a very generous vacation package, company paid extended benefits, pension matching, and flexible work schedules.

Cons

The work environment is a bit dated being in an older building, but despite that, it's very welcoming and comfortable.
