Management plays favorites and some people can do no wrong. If you don't fit in culturally, you will very soon be gone under guise of constructive dismissal

Some work areas need renovation (planned), at times try to tackle too many things - need to focus on few most critical, and the plagued like most companies with emails and meetings.
