✅ good company culture and everyone is very friendly ✅ depending on your team, you have a lot of freedom to research, explore, and use various technologies ✅ anime subculture ✅ great benefits 401k, hsa, medical insurance ✅ very good work life balance ✅ great if you love linux
Cons
❌ slow to promote ❌ low visibility for your work ❌ pay is okay only if you are not junior software engineer 2 ❌ middle management in government led projects will tremble 😬 your mind at times ❌ you may work in a government lab that won't allow cellphones📱and get poor cell reception (make sure you have wifi calling) ❌ a lot of the times Moebius employees are the ones carrying 💪 the entire team of subcontractors and govies, but it gets depressing after a while
