Pros

Great benefits Paid travel Cafeteria

Cons

Training isn't available (Frustrating experience when onboarding). **Young inexperienced college graduate workforce (Difficult working with peers that have no real world experience & lack common business sense & industry knowledge within their role. -->Most of the long term staff members demonstrate a creative mindset as their optics lack competitor knowledge or industry related business operational differences (which is required to learn and grow how to do things better and continually improve instead of just benchmarking yourself against your ghost).

Pros

-Offers fully remote positions -Daily tasks are typically low stress and easy to learn -Most customers who call in are friendly/appreciative -Steady scheduling mon-fri -Major holidays off -Health/dental insurance -Achievable/currently improving call time expectations

Cons

-Working off the clock is often encouraged/expected for smaller tasks -No sick time/COVID leave (cannot be covered with vacation time as all vacation must be planned min 2 months in advance) -Poor/very little career development opportunities -Revolving call requirements (changes almost monthly and 80% of the time your unaware of the change until after you've been reprimanded for the newly decided mistake). -Outdated training (lots of learning as you go) -Promotion opportunities are only available IF you are eligible AND pass a quiz offered twice a year (helps protect against favoritism/personal recommendations but also stunts growth for those who have surpassed expectations early) -Products will realese and no one will be trained on them until a customer calls in with an issue regarding the product (learning as you go pt. 2 yay!) -Prior experience is not considered during promotions/hiring wages (pro and con depending on your current skill level) -Company wide communications are handed down through the telephone game (each supervisor will give you a slightly different version of it depending on how they feel/interpret the messaging) -Communication with HR is hard to come by at all. More often than not super vague/contradictory.

Pros

Moen has made great strides in the last decade to improve culture and project communications. Projects are fun and shoots and adverts are challenging. People are getting involved and I enjoy this.

Cons

The only thing I worry about is some of our media and marketing managers are very much look at me, look at how great I am and how much "I care" and how "proud I am of so and so". They don't focus on "their people" or what "we're doing". They only care about themselves. They're always blowing their own horn on LinkedIn. For example, "I didn't know I won this" or "I didn't know such and such honored me" or "we had a special event day and everyone participated but I didn't because I'm on 24/7". We see through it and I fear people outside our team or project scope do not.
