Ok if you don't mind the hours
Pros
Predictable work, you know exactly what you'll be doing each day in the Customer Returns department. Production floor tasks are all pretty easy to learn.
Cons
If you're on the production floor your days are not predictable - you have to wait to see where you will be assigned at the start of each shift and sometimes are bounced around multiple times in a single shift. Unpredictable overtime, you can't plan for anything personal because you never know when you'll need to work weekends or extra hours. Not enough PTO, you're forced to use personal days if even one other person on your shift already has the day off and you need a day and unless you've been there for 20 years you only get 5 personal days for the entire year, increases to how many personal and vacation days you get are not increased yearly but every 5 years. Environment overall can be very clique-y. They talk a big talk about wanting to help you advance your career but if you're actually interested in working your way up and ask for advice and mentorship you're just told to keep an eye on the job openings board, no additional guidance or help is offered.
