      Pros

      Moen is good at what they do. They have been doing faucets, bathrooms, and showers for a long time so they have a lot of knowledge. As a global company, it is one of the best product development opportunities in Northeast Ohio. I learned a lot about manufacturing/business processes of working at a larger company.

      Cons

      A lot of things were poorly organized at Moen. Some of the people had been at the company for 20+ years and did not really bring excitement and innovation to the work place. Management did not always have time for co-ops/interns. HR was a nightmare.

      Pros

      Flexible work hours to be able to take care of personal business like doctor appointments, car maintenance, etc.

      Cons

      Micro management, working with global suppliers can be taxing on personal time, meetings at night in the United States. Projects can be pushed through quickly without solid designs and having all components at an approved status.
