      Pros

      Work remote, decent benefits, company car, it could be a really good job but it depends who you work with and who you report to. Base pay is below others in the industry

      Cons

      A lot of change and restructuring. Moen pre Sherwin Williams takeover was a 4 star company. Moen is now a 2 rating at best. Very strange political system, if you’re part of the good old boys, you’ll be okay. If not, beware. Lack of diversity, they are trying but the existing political system is too challenging to navigate.

      IVE never been a part of team as balanced and in sync as the one I'm on at Moen, Fortune Brands. The culture is world class, and they truly put employees first.

      Cons

      Unreasonable growth targets for pandemic stricken times. So much volume is attached to nationally contracted business, makes it difficult to move the needle with individual wins
