They are very fair employers who are committed to doing things the right way. There is plenty of opportunity for growth at Moen.

Cons

Processes for product development are sometimes seen as hurdles to get over rather than checks and balances. There is also a very conservative approach and innovative ideas are not pursued often.

Great co-workers, casual atmosphere, decent pay, plenty of vacation time. Overall, a fun place to work

Cons

Vacations need to be planned a year in advanced to accommodate scheduling. Too many processes in role which can make job overwhelming at times. Work/life balance could be improved. Very strict rolling calendar attendance policy. Overtime is mandatory and constant
