      Good benifits,3 shifts to chose from.pay is competitive for full time employees.guarded parking lot .good opportunities for advancement

      To much mandatory overtime.the whole plant needs a good clean up .to much management not enough workers.equipment all needs updated.

      Pros

      They people working here are some of the best I've ever worked with. They genuinely care about doing a great job and baking a great part. The pay is pretty good and the bonus is very nice.

      Cons

      There were a few bad apples in the group but only one or two. They used a lot of temp labor, who only stayed with the company for less than a year, even if they were excellent workers. Hiring of good temps was almost impossible.
