      Pros

      MOEN has a good company operating philosophy. On principle it should be an excellent place to work. and it has the potential to make employees proud and motivated.

      Cons

      The company's operating philosophy it meaningless by the time it gets to application. They fire people for little to no reason. The way they fired people was reminiscent of the movie "Schindler's List". In the movie workers were escorted out and shot. At MOEN, they would come and get people out of the blue and two people would escort them out. They could never be hired again and it was advisable to never talk about these people. This happen very frequently.

      Pros

      Used to have great people to work with. Company used to hire really well from a culture standpoint.

      Cons

      Unorganized company with terrible communication skills. No work/life balance in the finance department. Recent management hires made working here a living nightmare. Would not recommend working here.
