Flexible work hours to be able to take care of personal business like doctor appointments, car maintenance, etc.

Cons

Micro management, working with global suppliers can be taxing on personal time, meetings at night in the United States. Projects can be pushed through quickly without solid designs and having all components at an approved status.

Cons

Got fired over a big misunderstanding that only happen one time with no warning..I love working here until the day I tried to explain the reason before they fired me ..no one listen..now I don't have no place to live with two kids and no help and basically im homeless now to due to something that was really stupid..if you care about your life and where your families stand in your life..do not work for this company cause they don't give a damn..Very cold hearted company..
