Pros
They people working here are some of the best I've ever worked with. They genuinely care about doing a great job and baking a great part. The pay is pretty good and the bonus is very nice.
Cons
There were a few bad apples in the group but only one or two. They used a lot of temp labor, who only stayed with the company for less than a year, even if they were excellent workers. Hiring of good temps was almost impossible.
