company is process heavy, taking a long time to launch products due to internal processes. Lots of old-timers, lots of politics.

Great HR Staff, benefits and pay. They will start you at $15.19 per hour once you are hired on and they have a yearly bonus based on profit sharing. You can get discounts for any Masterbrand affiliated products. There is tuition reimbursement.

Cons

No work life balance or room for advancement. Four write ups in one year will have you kicking rocks. Too many bad attitudes and uncaring temps.
