      Pros

      A recognizable brand name. There are some very intelligent and hardworking co-workers. Management is extremely intelligent. School reimbursement is above average.

      Cons

      People waste time making an OLD system work. Focuse too much on dollars and not enough on people. Micro managing. A blame culture. Claims to be team oriented which makes people territorial and encourages them to focus on only their tasks. Fail to see the whole picture. Shortsighted. High turn over due to burnout. Inability to create positive change. When change does happen, execution is poor, creating more chaos.
