      The benefits - that is about it.

      Cons

      The job is mindless, repetitive, and requires too much driving and lugging too much stuff around. Too much micromanagement. High turnover rate. Too many useless supervisors, managers and directors.

      Remote working is a plus.

      Cons

      There has been a lot of "restructuring" which has many employees uneasy about continued employment with the company . I feel morale has been impacted by this because we are constantly affirmed that the market for MCO's is good, However, layoffs continue throughout the organization.
