Pros

Outbound calls, using scripts most of the time, work from home.

Cons

Using TEAMS chat for help that may not be helpful at all but it can become annoying after a while. They expect you to go above and beyond and do the job of another department while you don't even get paid enough for that extra work. Training was long enough and well prepared but some of the stuff that was taught during training wasn't really how it was while going live on the phones.

Cons

Like many healthcare roles, the workload can occasionally be demanding depending on caseloads. At times processes can change quickly, which may require some adjustment.

Very much a who you know type of place. You can tell that in multiple departments only friends advance and it extends to high levels.
