Remote Work, that's pretty much it.

PTO is non-existant, you get the PTO hours but you can't actually spend it. Current system makes it so you need to request days off on one system before you can *actually* request the day off on another system, yes you heard that right, you need to request PTO to request PTO. And guess what? The whole year has been waitlisted already since 4 months in. Yes, every single day, which means you cannot actually request PTO. So you have PTO hours, but you can't actually use it. Work is also non-stop, 15-40 second wrap-up time for each call, makes you feel like you're working in a market on Black Friday
