Pros

High growth company that presents lots of opportunities to those who are willing to take them. The nicest people I have ever worked with. The Molina family is very involved the business. Their care for the community, company and employees shows. Challenging work that has an impact on the well-being of others

Cons

Some mangers are not strong, have personal agendas, or just are not good. We all know that working for a bad manager at a great company is still a bad experience. The growth of the company often is ahead of the infrastructure and policies.

Pros

I've worked at Molina for almost 7 years. The culture is great and the people are outstanding. Molina truly has some of the most talented people I've ever worked with.

Cons

People who cannot adapt to the corporate culture will have a difficult time working at Molina. People that believe that their way is the only way and cannot be flexible to the demands of business will fail.

Pros

Some good people, but they leave because they get tired of all the backstabbing, or they are let go, in favor of kissups who play politics better than they do their real job.

Cons

High turnover, good people leave because of the work environment, musical chairs among C-level management and directors., weak HR department.
