Pros

I've been at mollymaid for 7 years now so i must love it. No evenings or weekend work and we have all our bank holiday off.we have alot of wonderful customers and staff.the pay is good too.managment are there if you have any problems which doesnt happen often.i've worked with my partner for 6 and half years we get on great and work well as a team.all in all great company to work for.

Cons

Only con is your cant take your elderly customers home and look after them.(you do end up loving your customers)

Pros

i literally cannot think of any.

Cons

Management treat staff like dirt and don't actually know what they're doing. Paid very little compared to the prices they charge customers.

Pros

Weekly pay...most of the customers give tips also.

Cons

The work is really hard & you have to be basically a perfectionist. The pay is a percentage that is hard to add up yourself & they don't give you any breakdown of your pay...only that you make 18% of all your houses minus taxes.
