      Pros

      - Amazing manager who was awesome to work for - I learned a lot - I'm a way better cleaner - I officially hate dirt and clean constantly - Met some awesome clients - Great networking - Built trusting and rewarding relationships - Rewarding in so many ways to help those on a downward spiral - Feelings of accomplishment - Appreciation for a job well done - This might have been my favorite job I've ever had

      - Catty coworkers - Might stumble upon the dirtiest of the dirtiest (My favorite to clean, however)

      Independence, company vehicle, great customers

      Cons

      Constantly in the publics eye, even when off shift if your driving the Molly maid car. Sometimes your partner isn't someone you get along with but no choice.

      NOTHING AT ALL. I felt like crap working here

      They're careless about their staff. If you want money and happy customers, there needs to be more respect for your workers. I have been mistreated, disrespected by management and coworker. It's very ghetto and no one knows how to filter theirself. They also hire convicts and give no hell about it..
