      Pros

      No weekends or Holidays.

      Cons

      Very low pay.No benefits. No travel pay and Office Manager can't figure out how to cut down travel time. Scheduling is a joke. 30-40 minutes between homes. Owner automatically takes 30 minutes out of check for lunch even if we don't take a break. I'm pretty sure this is against the law. Supposed to get off by 5pm...that almost never happens. We're basically treated like dogs and thrown a bone every Friday when they bring in breakfast from a gas station. Everyone is scared to speak up because of the Owner's temper. Overbooked, understaffed. New Hire makes 18% commission. Seasoned Employee(8 yrs) 22% of each home cleaned.

      horrible working conditions and the pay is crappy. Shouldn't be comissioned base. For as much hard work as someone has to do it should be hourly.

      Met some lovely customers gained good experience cleaning working with the girls made some lovely friends.

      Cons

      Management wasn't helpful when I found out I was pregnant expected you to carry on if not over worked more! Wasn't given enough times for cleans were not provided with gloves on a job which was horrendous!! Employees had to buy own products at times not given there money bk the management withheld information about a crash that was in a molly maid car! Also withheld information and ignored my texts on information I needed after I decided enough was enough and left! Which I needed for my maternity pay really rude! also not giving time off for family deaths.
