      They give you a car while working for them

      Cons

      Always finding something wrong. Constantly picking.on certain teams. Do not appricate the staff. Low pay sometimes even under minimum wage. Horrible company

      The obvious Mon-Fri...no weekends...typically 8-5

      Cons

      Ridiculously unprofessional management team from the Route Managers all the way up to the franchise owner. If you get with one of their "Grandfathered" in Route Managers you will for sure be making less than minimum wage, they spend most of the day screwing around bc they are making enough to get by. 97% of the Route Managers are the most unprofessional people who walked the face of the earth, they would absolutely not be able to keep a job anywhere else.

      you work hard and feel like you are accomplishing something. the other employees are very nice

      Cons

      office staff are bullies, employees are expected to complete tasks that are completely unacceptable. employees are not payed for all the work they do and when one questions this they are bullied into shutting theyre mouth and keeping theyre head down if they want to keep the job. none of the women working there are very happy at all.
